Can you give me details on how to use the Yahoo built-in spam blocker.
I click on the Spam button when deleting spam but it doesn’t seem to be working because I get spam from the same senders.
Thanks! ![]()

I use Yahoo for my e-mail
I would like to know how to ability the following extension "@elancers.net " in the Anti Spam system of my yahoo e-mail.
I’ve gone to abuse@yahoo.com and support in the email section, but cannot get an answer as to why yahoo continues to allow email from the Internet get through their spam filters when the domain that the emails is "supposed" be coming from is actually hosted at Yahoo…….the smtp servers should be smart enough to drop the message. Who at Yahoo can actually read my question, and provide an answer other than the "canned" response?
Around two years ago I set the anti-spam sevice in my yahoo mail (that hs been my main personal email for almost 10 years). That has worked very well untill 2 months ago when the number of spam has incresed to an almost unbareble level. I just had 8 spam out of 9 mails… What happended yahoo? Are you trying to sell me services or what? Can someone tell me what is going on?
I have windows xp service pack 2 and yahoo e-mail.
If your mechanism has been putrescent with Desktop Defender 2010, we can make use of this process to mislay it. Doing it this approach worked for me as well as my laptop is behind up as well as using as great as ever. 1. Do the System Restore 2. Download as well as run CCLEANER www.filehippo.com 3. Download as well as run SUPERAntiSpyware www.filehippo.com 4. Download as well as run AVG AntiVius www.filehippo.com This should work. You can find some-more solutions to this complaint by you do the YAHOO! or Google poke for “Desktop Defender 2010″. Shortly …
Yahoo suggests helping speed the antispam training process by clicking on Spam or Not Spam for each message they have sent to your Bulk mailbox. Unfortunately, the Spam and Not Spam buttons are not visible from that mailbox.
I only have 1 computer in my house. All I do on it is check the news, play non username/password required games, and basically nothing else. I know people say every computer needs a antivirus. But the only thing I do on it that requires anything personal is a yahoo account. How important is it to use a antivirus? My mom says 30-60$ is a little expensive and I needed to come on here to check if I should.
When it comes to spam, Yahoo takes the cake. With all that money it rakes in, you’d think they could find an answer to help erradicate it.
