If I do not do this program i can apparently not "disenfect" my viruses so I need a step by step walkthrough on how to do this. It is extremely annoying not even being able to use kaspersky. Thank you for your help.

I used an antivirus xp 2008 trial and it said that it could remove about 3,000 viruses after it scanned it and when i tried other programs, they only say that they can remove like 100… so is there a program that will remove ALL my viruses??

some people say that avast does not fix the viruses is that true?
I asked this question before. Spyware doctor does not work, all it offers is a free scan,
to remove the viruses you have to purchase said program.
And Nortel Antivirus doesn’t show up when goin’ to the control panel and removing programs.
Any suggestions?
