If free download of antivirus is any good, why pay good money out for the likes of Mcfee or Norton?

Anyone know where i can download a 30, 60, or 90 day trial of an antivirus?

I bought a laptops…..I would like to install a antivirus,but I don’t want to slow down my notebook.which is is the best?

I have installed an antivirus which is one year old. Now i have upgraded it through web. I just want to write the complete upgraded antivirus onto a disc with the setup file. Can i do so. If so, please help me.

I have Windows Vista and I didn’t get an antivirus as of yet. Is it safe for me to download IE 8 anyways, just as I would download (for example) a security update or something like that? It popped up finally in the Windows Update on my computer and I would really like to know. Thank you for your help!

The antivirus on my copmuter has expired and I am tring to delete it off my system so I can download a different software. How so I remove the program? I have already tried going into the control panel.

I have a computer virus and have removed alot of ifected files with avast, but it’s still here, what should I do?

And I’m not gonna install another antivirus than Avast. Any experts out there?
