How to I completely get rid of a malware personal antivirus when it blocks all legitimate antivirus sites?

I have looked over this same question that has been asked on this site and tried many of the suggestions given. I have not managed to track down the necessary files for manually deleting this malware, and I am blocked by this virus from downloading any helpful get-rid-of-it software. What the heck do I do now? I can’t afford to pay someone to fix it for me.

Try looking in the System Config. Utility. Go to Start > Run then type in msconfig. Switch to the Startup tab and look for any suspicious files/entries, uncheck them, then reboot. If that helped, go to download.com and download, install and run MalwareBytes.
This is obviously something called a Rouge – Anti-spyware. Which pretends to help you. You have a virus and I think you know. If you still have your OS disk. (Operation System disk) Then pop it in, and reformat it before your locked out of everything. Re-Format your computer, thats the easiest safest way now. Don’t back up anything unless its extremely important that you can clean out later. A virus is like cancer, it spreads rapidly and then gets in every file. Once you back up files it starts to infect the removable disk. Just re-format it, it won’t be that hard.
Ask a friend to download the anti-virus updates that you need and put them on a CD for you or email them to you.
it might be that conficker virus…that blocks all antivirus sites…try going to a computer store and ask them…or buy some antivirus software on a disc…
You can try "Combifix". It’s a small program which run on it’s own. download it on any other pc & then copy it to your desktop by usb disk. after the copy click & wait for it to work. it will restart your pc to do a proper clean.
You can download it by giving a search on google by the name.
Try looking for those programs that do a scan online. You can get lucky there in this case because the exe file is not in the pc.(which is what is being neutralized.) when you do a download. Put the exact wording on the google search bar and see what comes up. Most results in the centre of the screen are about removing the problem for free(maybe it means you got to go into the registry) I don’t know. There are many solutions. And as there are different computers and different configurations you may have to try more than one to find the one that does the dirty deed.

1 find the file that supports the spyware. (go to your start menu and go to "search". do a search on the name of suspected spyware.)
2 delete it, it’ll probably have an error message, if it does then go to the task manager ( ctrl, alt, del) and go to processes find the suspected spyware and end process.
3 go back to the file and delete it. it should go away with no problem.
If that doesn’t work then use an antispyware software.
