What is a good offline antivirus to scan my my PC for virus?

I don’t have Internet at my house, so i would like to know of antivirus that i can download from the internet, installed in my PC so i can scan for viruses.

Scanners as a rule have to be updated frequently because new viruses are put on the web daily. You can download, Update these scanners and burn them to CD using another PC and then run it on your PC.
