How do you get rid of warnings on avast antivirus?

I just downloaded avast antivirus, and after I scan it tells me I have a lot of warnings. How to I address them or make them go away?

put them in virus chest for a few days if all is well delete

Try putting them in your virus chest or have them remove using avast
