How do I remove Norton Antivirus off my computer if control panel can’t uninstall?

I’ve tried control panel many times without any success! I wanna install avg free antivirus, but it seems they are not compatible. How can I remove norton antivirus completely?

Reboot ur pc>press F8 into safe mode>then run this uninstall tool>follow the tutorial on the page.

You have to download and run the norton removal tool before installing AVG.
