how can i wipe viruses
every time i try to scan my whole computer with kaspersky it always freezes, can someone please help me with this and it found like 20 viruses
Microsoft Security Essentials smokes every free anti-virus out there! I switched from Avira to MSE and let me tell you, it was worth it!
another vote for Kaspersky.. The best software for those who likes to configure stuff with the software and see details of what it finds when it’s scanning
I purchased MCAFEE in 2006, it only found 2 viruses. Tried free trial of Norton that found none.
Tried free version of AVG found 62 viruses or malicious files.
Avira is ok.
XoftspySE is good for finding malicious files and can be ran same time as other scanners. Free version will have to manually remove files. Run “regedit” for registry files.

AVG is not good! The best protection is Avira antivir free thats what i have Norton Kaspersky and MCAFEE those are the best just google them and you can get free trials if there not free

Decent operation system don’t need any anti-virus software. It’s ridiculous that nowadays they recommend users to have 3 or 4 different anti-virus software on Windows platform.
I’m glad i don’t have to use Windows – and anti-virus software. I moved to Linux two years ago. Enjoy your battle against malwares with your anti-virus software. It must be very exciting.

Pff. AVG Free sucks! It has NO protection against rootkit(not even version 8.5!!!).
If you want REAL protection, and have 0 virus, spyware or malware on your PC, go buy Eset Smart Security(Or Nod32), download SuperAntiSpyware(Free) and Malwarebytes(Free). Now you will be protected against ANY threats!
My AVG said it detected a virus called Windows and suggested I get Linux or a Mac?
