I am the technician in a private law company. We are looking for a new anti-spam and email scanning program which will put a message at the bottom of an email you send, it will add the message automatically once the email is sending in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. I want the message to be like this one:

——————————————————————————–
This e-mail message, including any attachments, is for the sole use of the person(s) to whom it has been
sent, and may contain information that is confidential or legally protected. If you are not the intended
recipient or have received this message in error, you are not authorized to copy, distribute, or otherwise
use this message or its attachments. Please notify the sender immediately by return e-mail and
permanently delete this message and any attachments.
Beaufort County School District makes no guarantee that this e-mail is error or virus free.

IMPORTANT: The contents of this email and any attachments are confidential. They are intended for the named recipient(s) only.
If you have received this email in error, please notify the system manager or the sender immediately and do not disclose the contents to anyone or make copies thereof.
*** eSafe scanned this email for viruses, vandals, and malicious content. ***

That message can be set up in the signature settings so it is automatically added to all outgoing email.

I use ESET NOD32 antivirus on my computer for my business, the company that hosts both of my websites uses it on all 5 of their servers & neither of us has had any problems with attacks.
