I keep getting spam mail. Does anyone know how to scan a spam with anti-virus?

In your anti-virus program, there should be settings in there for you to scan email, if there are such settings.
Honestly, though, the best thing to do with spam is to ignore it and delete it.
Why would you want to scan a spam message? Delete that thing; never open them, that only makes the spammers send you more and more of it.
